Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Corn and Soybeans: Transport grain both off-farm and between company locations.
• Coordinate with Managers: Work closely with the location manager and fleet manager to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Optimize Efficiency: Help improve the cooperative’s market share and savings through efficient delivery practices.
• Maintain High Standards: Uphold the cooperative’s mission and goals by delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General computer knowledge
• Class A CDL license or must be able to successfully complete the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required
• Ability to work long seasonal hours
• Ability to climb heights
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Detailed oriented to provide accurate and consistent work
• Excellent customer service skills
