By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of topics, while also working closely with our businesses, to help drive the People and Communications agenda.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>We are now looking for a</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Manager, Strategy &amp; Portfolio</b></p><p></p><p>to join our global functions People &amp; Communications (P&amp;C) team.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for the People &amp; Communications function with a view to 2030, both to enable the business strategy and to create the future for People &amp; Communications. As KONE is just at the beginning of the Rise 2030 strategy, is an exciting opportunity for a senior strategist to have impact across the enterprise through creating the path to world-class people and communications delivery. Connected to the strategy, you will lead and manage the People &amp; Communications portfolio to make sure we have timely, impactful continuous improvement and make the most of our resources.</p><p></p><p>You will report to the <span>Senior Vice President, P&amp;C Global Functions &amp; Organizational Effectiveness</span><span>.</span></p><p></p><p>The location of the position is Espoo, which is located in the capital area around Helsinki, Finland.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities and key activities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and own the holistic functional strategy development for the People &amp; Communications function globally, including coordination through the matrix</p></li><li><p>Lead and own the execution of P&amp;C strategic plans and continuous development of the functional operating model in partnership with the P&amp;C Leadership team and organisation</p></li><li><p>Lead the P&amp;C development portfolio, including managing intake of portfolio items, alignment across key stakeholders, managing financials and tracking progress</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Requirements for the role:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Strategy; other degrees can be considered with increased requirements on years of experience in roles with end-to-end strategy development and execution as core competence</p></li><li><p>5+ years of demonstrable and progressively more senior experience in roles with end-to-end strategy development and execution as core competence; 7+ years of experience if degree in field outside of strategy</p></li><li><p>Strong proven project and program management skills</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience successfully driving improvement projects</p></li><li><p>Experience working in global matrix organizations</p></li><li><p>Learner mindset with strong problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand messages</p></li><li><p>Ability to quickly understand new information and environments and connect the dots</p></li><li><p>Exceptional listening skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work on multiple projects at once and deliver with quality and speed</p></li><li><p>Full English professional proficiency.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Considered as an advantage:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lean SixSigma and/or Agile methods certification.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable experience in M&amp;A.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Want to #joinourflow?</b></p><p></p><p>KONE is building up a unique community, aiming to provide the most advanced People Flow® solutions for its customers and lifting the customer experience to the top.
