SAP Production Support Manager - Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Manage technical resources to effectively support end user system issues
• Monitor ticketing system and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems and resolve any escalation issues that may arise

• Engages with leadership across the organization to achieve corporate objectives
• Make recommendations to improve support process efficiencies.
• Ensures that effective collaboration and communication takes place across the support team
• Arranges priorities as necessary to perform tasks

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, along with five to seven years of experience is required.
• Management experience in a Helpdesk environment is highly preferred.
• SAP and project management experience is beneficial.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.

Remote Work: Crown offers hybrid remote work for this position. A reasonable commute is necessary as some onsite work is required. Relocation assistance is available.

The anticipated pay range for the position starts at $130,000 annually, depending on skills and related experience.
