Tampa Head of Finance is a key Business Partner to the Tampa Site Leadership Team and the Small Molecules Operation Finance team. The role is responsible for enabling site leadership team to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital.
Key Responsibilities
Enabling Tampa site to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital
Managing monthly financial closing, forecast and risks and opportunity process together with Division Controlling and Corporate FP&A (revenue to EBITDA and free cash flow, balance sheet and NWC)
Co-leading 5-year strategic planning process for both sites with focus on sales, cost savings/innovation and investment planning process
Leading annual budgeting process with plant leadership with the objective of meeting corporate targets and deadlines
Return-on-Investment analysis for various CAPEX projects
Leading process and systems improvement projects (SAP enhancements, new process and tools introductions etc.) together with local and global supply chain group, corporate accounting and global operations
Acting single-point-of contact towards Shared Service Center and external auditors in accounting, internal controls and audit questions for the area of responsibility

Organizational management of direct report(s)
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Prior experience in pharmaceuticals industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills: simplifying the complex, making the message /request clear, providing options/proposals, ability to focus on the purpose and outcome.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Five years' experience in desired field.
