About the role

Job Description

The HRIT Principal Analyst – LMS provides expert functional and technical support for the global Human Capital Management System (HCMS) function through business process optimization. Our HCMS is branded myWorkLife and utilizes SAP SuccessFactors for our hire to retire lifecycle. This position collaborates in the prioritization, planning, design, development, testing and deployment of new HR technology solutions, enhancements to existing solutions, and continuous process improvements. This position will also provide customer service by consulting with HR Partners and business stakeholders to define business requirement needs and provide solutions to those needs. The focus of this position will be the technical management of the Learning Management System (LMS) ancillary product for SAP SuccessFactors. This includes knowledge of backend configuration to assist with requested integrations and notifications. 

Job Responsibilities

Act as a technical module lead for myWorkLife, Learning Management System (LMS) ancillary product for SAP (SuccessFactors).
•    Function as the primary contact for LMS SAP bi-annual releases.  This includes analysis of proposed solutions as well as testing new functionality offered in the release. 
•    Learning LXP will arrive with the 2H 2024 Release which will encompass the largest user interface change for Learning. This will require the ability to configure, test, document and communicate proposed changes. 
•    Assist in supporting Talent Management modules. 
•    Provide tactical direction on Human Capital Management (SAP SuccessFactors) product functionality as well as support ancillary HR technologies.
•    Participate in project plan design and adheres to project timelines to meet defined goals.
•    Initiate and monitor all change requests to ensure timely and accurate solutions, as well as projects following appropriate project management methodology including gathering and defining comprehensive project requirements.
•    Configure the environment to meet the stated requirements. 
•    Effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects while working towards defined deadlines.
•    Develop and execute test scripts and analyze expected results. Coordinate user acceptance testing and signoff as required.
•    Define and outline implementation and contingency plans.
•    Recommend and/or perform appropriate business user training, workshops, and documentation.
•    Define and follow project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress.
•    Maintain subject matter expertise in Human Capital Management, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in support of business objectives and goals.
•    Tier 3 support for Learning Management issues
•    Participate in special projects, as requested.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; education concentration in Human Resources, Information Technology or Business Administration preferred.
•    Minimum 5-7 years’ demonstrated experience with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) with the ability to read and write functional specifications.
•    Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Talent and Performance modules
•    Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
•    Vendor management experience preferred.
•    Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as a team member. Meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management. 
•    Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents.
