Job Description:

Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for an IT Sr. Director, MedTech Technology Digital Factory Leader, Enterprise Resource Planning & Digital Transformation. The Senior Director is responsible for end-to-end delivery execution across build, testing automation, and deployment for MedTech ERP & Digital Transformation programs, supporting approximately $2 B in global transformation initiatives. This role is accountable for industrializing delivery outcomes while operating under the model enabled by the Acceleration Office to ensure peak efficiency and achieve bold timelines, cost targets, and value goals. This role provides enterprise-scale leadership across Manufacturing, Order to Cash, integrations/ecosystems, and ancillary systems (e.g., SAP GTS), and is responsible for the operating cadence, performance management, and continuous improvement of the build factory.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

Digital Factory Model

  • Own and run the build factory end-to-end, including leadership of factory leads and delivery partners, vendor/statement-of-work execution, adherence to controls and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX/GxP where applicable), and clear reporting to executive governance.

  • Industrialized ERP delivery across the transformation portfolio by establishing a repeatable, data driven build/test/deploy operating system (factory model), including a standard flow of work, quality gates, release governance, and efficiency management across waves and programs.

  • Ensure scalable and consistent delivery through cross-factory capacity planning, performance dashboards, risk/issue customer concerns, and continuous improvement—balancing speed, cost, quality, and value realization across Manufacturing, Order to Cash, integrations/ecosystems, and ancillary systems.

AI First Operating Model

  • Apply the AI Agents workflow model to accelerate delivery and improve predictability—partnering with the Acceleration Office to embed agent-enabled flow of work across requirements-to-build, test design/execution, defect management, deployment readiness, and operational handover.

  • Lead testing automation and deployment at scale, including test strategy, automated regression, CI/CD enablement, release orchestration, cutover planning, and environment management to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely go-lives.

Operational Excellence:

  • Partner with Program Leadership, the Acceleration Office, Architecture, Security, Quality, and Business Process Owners to ensure coordinated execution across the ERP stack, readiness for deployment, and smooth transition to run/operations.
