Whether that experience is online or in-person, streaming video, theatrical, games, merchandise, events and more, it’s powered by the anime content we all love.</p> <p>Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!</p></div><h2><strong>About The Role</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Work with engineers, product managers and project managers to implement new features across Crunchyroll's iOS and Apple TV app.</li> <li>Coordinate with the engineering manager on technical designs and decisions.</li> <li>Coordinate with multiple teams and manage dependencies where applicable.</li> <li>Ensure that team tasks are completed promptly.</li> <li>Ensure good code quality by doing rigorous code reviews and maintaining good code coverage on tests.</li> <li>Work with the engineering manager to develop a comprehensive testing pyramid.</li> <li>Collaborates with fellow engineers to level up their skills.</li> </ul> <p>In the role of Software Engineer III, Apple, you will report to the Engineering Manager, Apple UI.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, working from our SF office three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.</p> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software development with a background in Swift/SwiftUI.</li> <li>Record of success with applications, games and/or utilities for iOS/iPadOS.</li> <li>Familiarity with architecture patterns such as MVVM (Model-View-View Model) and experience implementing them in iOS applications.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as XCTest or Quick/Nimble, and a commitment to writing tests for all code changes.</li> <li>Quality first mindset: Demonstrates a strong commitment to code quality, reliability, and maintainability in all aspects of software development.</li> <li>Experience with development for memory and performance-limited devices in a multi-threaded environment.</li> <li>Cross-collaborative experience and result and delivery oriented.</li> <li>Experience with RESTful APIs and networking protocols.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> </ul> <p>Bonus points:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with video streaming application development in iOS/tvOS.<
