This opportunity is for a Project Manager III within PNC's Global Payments Delivery & Governance Organization who will manage and coordinate Global Payments initiatives that span the organization.

The ideal candidate must be able to:

o Effectively manage and maintain relationships with senior leadership. Must possess strong analytical and presentation skills. Effectively analyze data, provide succinct results, and present solutions & data in an efficient way to assist senior leaders in making key decisions and developing strategies. Those with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities will be most successful.
o Possess a demonstrated ability to quickly adjust to and lead change. Must be extremely flexible and adaptable. This is a fast-paced, innovative team with a wide-span of responsibilities; those with ability to adapt and lead change will be most successful.
o Coordinate across the Global Payments teams including Product, Strategy, Development, Operations and Risk to ensure a consistent and integrated delivery of Payments product strategic plans, quarterly business reviews, financial management including revenue and expense forecasting, and go to market materials
o Work independently with little or no oversight

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

• Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio, requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, project size may be greater than $2.5m.
• Develops strategy, processes, resource allocation, budget, guidelines and support of project management team.
• Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members.
• Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results.
• Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
