This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.
Summary: The Sales Enablement Intern will work with our leadership team, challenge the current statistical analysis of sales data, and offer solutions leading to optimal measurement strategies. This individual will learn about NFP’s processes and initiatives and will analyze the current data, resources and tools used to support our sales team. With additional research and data analysis, this person will recommend innovative changes to better enable the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research current client data to present findings and commonalities to leadership team. Areas of focus may be industry verticals, geographic location, product bundling, etc.
- Learn Corporate Development’s current reporting package and dashboard. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of the following:
- Current captured view and metrics
- KPI’s used to measure the impact of NFP’s initiatives
- Aggregation of data sources to populate the dashboard
- Conduct market research and analyze internal data to present on the following:
- New approaches to measuring the selling success for individual producers.
- Comprehensive measurement of existing various sales enablement activities and ways to make producers more effective leveraging existing and external resources.
- The types of activities will include the various training programs, technology use, marketing materials, integrated selling concepts, etc.
- The primary areas of focus will be on the utilization of these products/solutions/tools and how to measure the effectiveness of them.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Proficient in writing and editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to distill large amounts of information into concise, relevant components
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
- Proven administrative skills and expertise
- Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to sometimes work independently will be necessary
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively utilize the CRM System (SalesForce) & EPIC software
Education and/or Experience:
- Pursuing a master’s degree, focused in data-driven marketing or business analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experience
- Knowledge of SalesForce or EPIC is a plus
