Client Service Representative - Entry Level

We are a dynamic organization partnering with charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive positive change. We're looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, assisting with processing donations, managing our database, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our initiatives run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors.
• Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications.
• Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
• Oversee the maintenance of the donor database, including training and supporting others to ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist the fundraising team with data input, amendments, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry news.
• Take ownership of your role by incorporating new ideas and initiatives to enhance our fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

• A passion for fundraising and a commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
