Summary:

Ensures alignment with Enterprise Safety and Environmental Services objectives and procedures with a goal to achieve continuous improvement for the reduction of work-related injuries/illnesses, and related cost reduction strategies at the business unit level. As applicable in business unit, ensure strong environmental compliance (environmental compliance responsibilities vary by site). Achieve compliance obligations with applicable safety and health standards, and applicable environmental regulations with direction from Enterprise Safety and Environmental. Responsibilities:

• As they relate to a specific business unit, leads in the development and coordination of Andersen’s safety and environmental programs and standards to implement best practices and achieve and maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. In less complex sites, may take the lead on site OSHA, EPA, State, or local regulatory visits/contact. In more complex sites, provide day-to-day assessment and improvement support in the environmental area, and help coordinate with Enterprise Environmental as they manage responsibilities such as permits and compliance visits.
• Develop training
