The Global Fraud Prevention – Automation team is a global, multi-disciplinary Data Science and R&D team. We build tools that automate risk solutions, working across various risk areas, such as consumer and seller risk operations, alongside product and modeling teams to identify opportunities that drive efficiency.

Our responsibilities cover research, development, and full product lifecycle ownership of solutions that help data scientists combat fraud at scale.


What you need to know about the role:

You will work on cutting-edge risk detection and prevention systems that protect PayPal’s users and merchants from financial loss.

Develop automated systems and tools - such as scalable machine learning pipelines and fraud mitigation frameworks - that empower the organization to combat fraud efficiently and at scale

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Platform, Machine Learning, and Operations to drive impactful strategic initiatives.
