Description Overview
This position reports directly to the VP, Assistant GC Global Labor & Employment and plays a crucial role in establishing and executing our executive protection program activities.
The Executive Protection Program Sr Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of executive protection operations to ensure the safety and security of high-profile executives, Board of Directors, dignitaries, and other key personnel. This position involves developing, implementing, and managing an effective executive protection program tailored to the unique risks and requirements of our executives. This role also involves coordinating protective services, conducting risk assessments, and managing executive protection security personnel and analysts to mitigate potential threats.
This position will be located in our Morristown New Jersey office, on-site.
Scope of the Role
- Manage Executive Protection Security Personnel: Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of executive protection security personnel, including analysts, bodyguards and security drivers.
- Coordinate Protective Services: Ensure seamless coordination of protective services during executive travel, public appearances, and private events for Executive Leadership Team, CEO, and Board of Directors.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Create threat matrix and risk management evaluation tool and procedures. Use threat matrix to perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities for executive travel, events, speaking engagements, Board Meetings, Annual General Meeting, and other events. Coordinate with CISO to coordinate use of cyber tools for threat risk assessments.
- Develop and Implement Security Plans: Create and execute detailed security plans tailored to the needs of executives, including travel security, residential security, and event security including Board Meetings, investor meetings, and speaking engagements.

Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive protection, security management, or law enforcement.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interperson
