Job Description:

HOW A SECURITY ASSISTANT I WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Performs a variety of routine administrative tasks in support of the facility security function.
● Provide security relevant data to our team
●Support and improve data integrity efforts
● Develop skills to gather and assess data
● Assist varying levels of Management and Sr Database Analyst with data calls, tailored reports, testing of system functionality, and day to day administrative support aligned with project goals and timelines
●In this role you will gain experience with various Security related systems

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Knowledgeable with Microsoft office suite, with a focus on Excel
● Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
● Required Skills and Abilities: Understanding of basic IT systems and integration, running general reports as trained; Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions and Pivot Tables and formulas and/or willingness to learn new skills with Excel; Ability to learn quickly
● Preferred Skills: Basic data management skills. Motivated to expand knowledge about system integrations and data workflows
● Location: Hybrid with the expectation the selected candidate will report to Falls Church three times per week

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $18.27 - $24.73. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
