Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers
• Document and track customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
