The diversity, commitment and know-how of the team are the key success factors of this organization.</p><p>Since 1960, Robert Bosch, SA, the first company of the Bosch Group in Portugal, is dedicated to the provision of different central services associated to different business areas, namely accounting, purchasing, communication, IT and industrial consulting, engineering project management, human resources, marketing and training.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Provide solutions and implement actions during the product development process and establish the infrastructure for manufacturing using Planning Guide Line tools.</li><li>Provide and implement solutions for manufacturing layout definition and/or optimization.</li><li>Develop an improved system while increasing the clarity of the value stream.</li><li>Use process flow mapping for all functions of the business to determine key metrics for individual improvement events.</li><li>Define and develop logistic and production concepts namely material, people and information flow using digital lean principles, methods and tools.</li><li>Provide support in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) development, training and formulating lean manufacturing methods.</li><li>Manage materials and logistics with customer and supply base to support revenue generation and product diversification strategies.</li><li>Optimization of manufacturing efficiency, reliability and throughput</li><li>Execution of Process Analysis, bottleneck detection and other lean process optimization techniques to continuously drive the improvement process.</li><li>Develop process documentation (Value Stream Planning, Supply Chain Network Design, Flow Oriented Layout , Scaling, Control Plan, Design For Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Change-Over, TPM, KPI tree, CIP, bubble diagram, spaghetti diagram,…).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3year technical degree (i.e.: industrial engineering, systems engineering, mechanical or similar);</li><li>3+ years shop floor experience in manufacturing and/or logistics operations with I4.0 solutions (with preferred structured data-management experience);</li><li>Knowledge in lean logistics (customer fluctuation analysis, production plan levelling, JIT, consumption control within dock-to-dock operations, Kanban loops, lot formation and ETO planning);</li><li>Good knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing especially in the interfaces with production planning (visualization, improvement loops, evaluation of planning quality);</li><li>Project Management knowledge – Waterfall and Agile.
