Sr. Specialist, Training and Communication

Salary Range $62,000 - $80,000*

Job Description:

• Create and manage internal communication tools such as newsletters and announcements.

• Maintain training content, update course materials, assign learning modules, and generate completion and compliance reports from the LMS e.g. Workday.

• Track and report on key training metrics such as participation, certification, and compliance status. 

• Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Maintain training documents, SOPs and manuals. 

• Communication & Support - Serve as a central point of contact for field teams regarding training schedules, program access, and technical support with training tools.

• Support vendor relationships by coordinating training sessions.

• Work closely with the Director of Training and cross-functional teams on training rollouts, updates, and audits related to asset protection initiatives.

• Facilitate and deliver training sessions, both virtually and in person to support knowledge transfer, engagement, and consistent execution of asset protection practices.

• Identifies, analyzes, and solves complex training and communication challenges by developing adaptable solutions that support immediate needs and align with long term organizational goals

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill or knowledge gaps and develop focused learning solutions based on data, trends, and feedback.
