Who you’ll report to:
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Professional Services
Location: US Remote role, Dallas, TX preferred
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Collaborating with clients and business stakeholders to understand their automation requirements and define project scope
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets
- Leading and managing project teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively
- Overseeing the development lifecycle of automation projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and go-live support
- Managing risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Tracking project progress and performance against established metrics, reporting to stakeholders regularly
- Ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards
- Fostering a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or software development industry
- United States Citizenship required
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Gen AI and Intelligent Automation principles is a plus

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $115,000 – $130,000 and outside of those locations is $105,000 – 120,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
