Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing for release, stability, method development, and investigational studies using various techniques such as UPLC/HPLC, GC, IC, dissolution, Karl Fischer, DSC, particle size distribution, XRPD, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, etc.

• Perform verification and data review to ensure compliance to appropriate SOPs, test methods, specifications, and protocols.

• Perform stability data trending and conduct laboratory investigations for suspect results.

• Author/Review laboratory events (issues and investigations), deviations, CAPAs, and CCs.

• Troubleshoot instruments and test methods.

• Write/Revise protocols, methods, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, etc.

• Participate in lab housekeeping and other lab-related activities and report any concerns to laboratory lead and/or manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology or relevant science majors with 2+ years of relevant biotech/pharmaceutical experience; or Masters degree with 0+ years of relevant biotech/pharmaceutical experience.

 

The salary range for this position is: $92,820.00 - $120,120.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This po
