Brand Fulfillment Onboarding Clerk

As the Brand Fulfillment Onboarding Clerk, your role ensures that customers willing to pay for “WOW” get an exceptional experience with their online ecommerce experience powered by Brand Fulfillment.

This role is a role that helps organize, coordinate information, and ensure certain tasks are completed to help the sales team support the building of a customer branded product website that we build and maintain.  The coordination type tasks for the role include onboarding new customers, facilitating smooth workflow between sales teams, platform developers, and customers. Experience with high levels of organization, customer and team communications, and coordination will be critical. The ideal candidate will exemplify our core values (below). This role will coordinate projects from start to finish, making sure end results meet high standards and customer expectations. This position will report to and meet regularly with the Creative Services leader about project progress, completion times, and any issues or concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer and Employee Service

• Make sure customer Brand Fulfillment Stores are successful by managing projects well and keeping teams organized and working smoothly.
  • May be the main contact between the sales team, customers, and development team to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Keep detailed and accurate project records that are easy for all team members to access.
  • Gather and organize all project files, information, pricing, and details, and present them to the development team for effective implementation.
• Communicate project timelines to all parties to make sure deadlines are met and address any issues that come up.
  • Regularly update internal teams and clients on project progress to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Work closely with the development team to turn client needs into technical specifications.
• Assisting with educating clients and sales team members about the product’s capabilities and strengths for better understanding between all teams.

Technical Development

• Assist the Product Developer in related tasks that will help projects run more smoothly and efficiently.
• Utilize spreadsheets and provide data to build out pricing engines to be used for products on the sites.
• Create technical documentation to help processes run smoothly.
• Track how projects are going, find ways to improve, and make things more efficient.
