About the Role

This position is part of IU Health's new Enterprise Growth & Activation Team, responsible for identifying and activating new growth opportunities. The role involves partnering with regional teams to innovate, expand, and meet capacity needs by leading complex projects, communicating progress to stakeholders, managing projects within scope, time, and budget, and ensuring quality. It also includes building trust with business groups, addressing concerns, and helping them understand project challenges.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
