Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Scientist-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Scientist-related occupation.

Position required skills: Data analysis tools including Python and SQL; Data visualization tools including Tableau; Advanced Excel skills including pivots, charts, VLOOKUPs, intricate formulas, conditional formatting, data tables, and PowerPivot; Databases including Snowflake, Oracle, or Postgres SQL; and Machine learning models using Python and R.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $116,334 to $147,100. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
