Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Partnerships: Identify and establish third-party partnerships for field operations, including outreach, communication, follow-ups, and qualification.
• Qualification and Onboarding: Manage all qualification, onboarding, and training processes for third-party partners.
• Contracting and Invoicing: Oversee all contracting and invoicing activities related to third-party partnerships.
• Communication Management: Maintain day-to-day communication with partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Promoting Partnerships: Promote additional partnerships and services, such as subcontractors and new tech services, to enhance quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience with procurement of subconsultants, subcontractors, and employees 
• 5-8 years in procurement, partnership management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of contracting and invoicing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with utility locating operations and services.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
