Sustainability Manager - Sustainability Metrics & KPI

About the role

Reporting to Deputy VP, Sustainable Development, and working closely with the Head of extra-financial reporting, this role will be in charge of supporting the Sustainability Department with the roll-out of the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), focusing on ensuring clear, efficient and relevant end-to-end processes and corresponding governance for the reporting of sustainability metrics and KPIs.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

  • Perform a gap analysis between current practices for the annual reporting in the Universal Registration Document / Extra-Financial Performance Declaration with requirements of CSRD in terms of content and processes. [for URD 2023, participate in consolidation audits to capture main gaps and adjustments needed]

  • Develop a roadmap to structure and deploy in the relevant entities, the governance and processes leading to reported extra-financial metrics and data points in accordance with CSRD requirements 

  • Coordinate or lead (as the case may be) the development of the corresponding documentation, with the right level of standardization (from position papers to full Group policies)

  • Ensure each reported metric is backed by clear processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data, as required by the CSRD 

  • Perform the analysis needed on performance as per CSRD principles

  • Act as the Owner representative for Sustainability Department in the CSRD deployment project to structure data directly into the publishing platform (Workiva)
