If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p></p><p>The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager seeks to build a strong support relationship with its HRBP Director and business leaders within a particular business unit, focused on a particular <span>district/country/function,</span> as needed.</p><p>This role will act as strategic support to research, design, and provide guidance on deployment of business-relevant HR strategies and solutions within an assigned <span>district/country/function.</span></p><p>This role leverages more in-depth business or functional group knowledge to identify and drive HR-related improvement opportunities and collaborates with key stakeholders to assess the design and delivery of HR programs, services, and initiatives to ensure the needs of the organization and the business are met.</p><p>This role will act as an overall function advocate, change champion, and support for the Director-level HRBP. The HRBP Manager will help the Director-level HRBP to proactively forecast the needs of the business, from a talent perspective, manage BU talent retention strategies, partner with COE counterparts, and support the HRBP Director with managing and maintaining succession plans.</p><p>The HRBP Manager may have additional project team support (i.e., Supervisor-level HRBPs) to help drive talent optimization across the <span>district/country/function’s</span> employee populations.</p><p>This role will support specific projects and initiatives, as directed by the HRBP Director.</p><p>These HRBPs will support and be staffed based on the most complex business unit <span>districts/countries/functions</span> and as defined by more senior HRBPs in their organization.</p><p></p><p><b>What makes you strong</b></p><ul><li>University degree in HR area or a related field.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish.</li><li>Excellent English skills both verbal and written (other languages will be valued).</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational environment is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiar with labor-related tasks is an advantage.</li><li>5 years of experience in a HR department is essential.</li><li>Very good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication abilities (including written, verbal and presentation skills).</li><li>Proactive, ambitious, confident, quick learner who takes initiative. </li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptable to dynamic work environments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer</b></p><ul><li>A full time permanent contract.</li><li>Competitive salary + company shares+ health Insurance and company car.</li><li>Being part of a fast growing, market leading corporate organization with great career opportunities.</li><li>An international and diverse environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who we are</b></p><p>Founded in 1907 as a messenger company in the United States, UPS has grown into a multi-billion-dollar corporation by clearly focusing on the goal of enabling commerce around the globe.
