Senior Product Manager - Barcelona or Remote

We are now looking for a new Product Manager for our Diver Experience Team. A user-centric team responsible for engaging our drivers with an amazing user experience and tools to optimise their work.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

As a Product Manager, you will constantly be chasing opportunities by diving into data, developing a deep understanding of our users, and collaborating with various teams contributing and building unique products. The idea here is to provide a truly enjoyable, sustainable and customised urban mobility experience to our users– in every European neighbourhood!

You will build and test solutions to tackle user problems and jump on the business opportunities that drive the most significant impact. 

You will be leading and owning products and services that drive short and long-term engagement of drivers with a particular focus on the experience, with confidence in defending your ideas and solutions, showing empathy and fostering relationships with your team and stakeholders.

Your team will consist of Frontend and Backend engineers, Product Analysts, Data Scientists, UX Designers and Researchers.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• You have 3+ years of work experience working as a Product Manager for mobile apps
• You have proven experience in owning a product area and executing against a strategy 
• Experience in mobility or food delivery is a big plus
• You love data and can derive insights from it and visualise it to support your storytelling
• A track record of understanding and empathising with your users and stakeholders
• You have great ideas and know how to overcome blockers to make them happen
