The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOAS Senior Open-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open-source materials within established security protocols. Analyzes foreign and domestic- based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.

Responsibilities:

• You will get to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of open-source intelligence analysis.
• You will get to demonstrate your mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
• You will get to demonstrate the ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
• You will use your in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organization and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulate key findings in relation to open-source intelligence analysis.
• You will use your ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions and routinely test analytic rigor of products.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years focus on open-source intelligence analysis.
• Master’s degree in an intelligence related field (Strategic intelligence, Intelligence Operations, Intelligence Studies, etc.) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have a Bachelor’s degree in an intelligence related field (Strategic intelligence, Intelligence Operations, Intelligence Studies, etc.)  from a college or university accredited by a agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
• Understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206
• You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Desired:

• Desired Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 5 years focus on open-source intelligence analysis.
• Desired Education: Doctorate degree in an intelligence related field (Strategic intelligence, Intelligence Operations, Intelligence Studies, etc.)  from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• CI Polygraph
• Expert understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206
