Delivery Director- Oracle ERP

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Delivery Director within our Oracle ERP practice. Note: This will be remote and may require some onsite at our various clients.
The Delivery Director is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle ERP solutions to clients. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Delivery Director ensures that the Oracle ERP solution aligns with the client’s business objectives, delivering value and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will foster an engaging colleague culture that inspires strong team and individual performance, in line with Perficient's People Promise.
Specifics of this position may include:
- Growth Mindset / Sales Partnership: Drive company growth through collaboration with sales team and practice SME’s. Engage in all aspects of sales including opportunity identification, solution ideation, as well as quality proposal creation and presentation.
- Client Engagement: Foster strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to understand needs and identify further opportunities for client growth and to drive value within their organizations.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee delivery of strategic programs and projects. Results measured in project profitability, account expansion and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Vision: Provide strategic thought leadership to develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance value to our clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights with internal teams and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Team Leadership: Develop and mentor team of consultants, project managers and architects. Challenge, champion and celebrate our People. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Manage the technical, business and personnel aspects of consulting engagements. Cultivate highly functioning teams comprised of Perficient and client resources, the ability to effectively manage the engagement while recognizing and leveraging the expertise of the different resources and the importance of their contributions is critical.
- 10+ years of experience in ERP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth experience with Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.).
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex ERP implementations, particularly in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, best practices, and implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Oversee multiple Oracle ERP projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases and communicating client-specific value proposition and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments and third-party integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruiting, people management and performance discussions.
- Must be open to some travel.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
