Associate Director Marketing NUBEQA 

 

Bayer U.S. LLC’s Whippany, NJ, office seeks an Associate Director Marketing NUBEQA. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position that will drive development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and tactics across personal and non-personal promotion, media, and digital marketing. Will also: (i) work with HCP Marketing Leads to execute derivative personal and non-personal materials; (iii) lead complex matrix teams in development, prioritization, and flawless tactical execution; (iv) ensure effective deployment of the P&I budget; (v) execute the current year Brand Plan and support annual HCP brand plan process; (vi) manage the promotional budget; (vii) own relationships with media/NPP/digital tactics 3rd-party vendors to ensure successful execution and KPI measurement; and (viii) lead development and PRT (promotional review team) approval process.

 

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Whippany office at least three (3) days per week.

 

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Business or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related position.

 

Experience must include two (2) years working with: (i) content expertise in Pharmaceutical; (ii) launching new products or major line extensions; (iii) project management and cross-functional meetings (iv) efficiently managing multiple projects with different time frames and priorities and aligning needs; (v) gathering and analyzing secondary research data from different platforms and sources; (vi) preparing and tracking budget analysis; (vii) analytics to support KPI measurement; (viii) quantitative and qualitative analysis; and (ix) application of key commercial methodologies, including, but not limited to sales strategy, market planning and analysis and competitor analysis.

 

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Whippany office at least three (3) days per week.

 

Experience can be concurrent.
