New Product Development Engineering Manager

Job Description:

NOV is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the new product development of Artificial lift down hole and surface equipment. In this role the New Product development Engineering Manager will lead a team of diverse engineers to support New product development for Artificial lift systems. This will include project management and Product life cycle management to ensure all aspects of new product implementation is managed and completed. 

 

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5-10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas
• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Relevant Technical Field
• Proficient in CAD and drafting software
• Strong engineering background with expertise in product design, manufacturing processes, and materials 
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams 
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with multiple teams 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities 
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies 
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
