Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist

The Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist provides administrative and customer service support focused on escalated participant or their team members’ inquiries related to Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting processing. The Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist will collaborate across the team to promote the most efficient and effective resolution strategies across all Self-Directed Services processes. This position will be cross trained in all Self-Directed Services processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance-related customer service, with hands-on experience in financial reporting and accounts payable. They should demonstrate a high attention to detail and be able to manage complex inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently under pressure. A commitment to process improvement, stakeholder satisfaction, and respectful, clear communication will be key to success in this role.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in finance-related customer service—particularly in financial reporting and accounts payable—is also required.
