JOB SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator provides operational and administrative oversight for a graduate-level program offering a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation degree. This role partners closely with faculty, students, and institutional stakeholders to support program delivery, including course logistics and student engagement. The coordinator ensures efficient day-to-day operations through management of schedules, communications, data tracking, and program documentation, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills consistent with administrative roles that support complex academic or research functions.
This is a full time, temporary position expected to last approximately 6–8 months and is ideal for candidates who can quickly integrate into a dynamic academic environment. The role operates in a hybrid format, combining on-site presence with remote work to support program needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring continuity and operational excellence during a defined program period.
This role is not remote- candidates would need to be available to be on site Mondays and Wednesdays.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Preferred
Master's Degree in related field.
Experience
A minimum of two years' experience in higher education. UME/GME experience accepted in lieu of higher education experience.
A combination of education/experience may be accepted in lieu of above requirements.
JOB DUTIES
- Coordinate all aspects of student enrollment, and progression for the Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) Program and the Certificate in Clinical Investigation Program.
