About the Job

We are seeking an UI/UX Lead architect for an end-to-end services in Integrated IT & Engineering services company.

Duties,

• The ideal candidate will have experience working on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) projects and conducting UX audit assessments.
• They will be responsible for evaluating the current state of the user experience and providing recommendations for improvement.
• This role requires a strong background in web design or UX design, with at least 10 to 12 years of experience. Certification in UX design or CRMUX design is a plus.
• The UI/UX Architect will also be responsible for working closely with clients, providing guidance and assistance in creating user-friendly designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX Design Architect role
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management
• 10+ years of experience in CX related practices such as Platforms, CRM, Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
