If you are a creative, motivated student looking to expand your skills in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><p>As a Working Student in our Marketing, Branding &amp; Communication team, you will support various initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and corporate communication strategies. You will work closely with team members to create compelling content and contribute to employer branding efforts.</p><ul><li>Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media,  content marketing)</li><li>Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.)</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives, including career page updates, employee testimonials, and internal communication</li><li>Collaborate with different departments to align communication strategies with company goals</li><li>Assist in organizing and promoting internal and external events</li><li>Help with content creation, such as blog posts, newsletters, and press releases</li><li>Support the team in administrative tasks related to marketing and branding activities</li><li>Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and social media graphics</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts for campaigns and projects</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li><li>Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and corporate communication</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication skills</strong> to interpret and negotiate briefs with colleagues</li><li>Strongly <strong>attentive to details;</strong></li><li>Good <strong>organizational</strong>, scheduling, and project management skills;</li><li>Positive attitude, willing and interested in <strong>problem solving</strong> and continuous improvement;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><em><strong>About Bosch Cluj Plant</strong></em><br/> For over a decade, the Bosch Cluj Plant has become a strategic hub for innovation and production, making a significant impact on the technological landscape in Romania.
