Billing/Banking Specialist - Corporate

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordination & preparation of monthly client billings, ensuring all costs and time are billed properly according to the client contract
• Sending completed invoices, along with any required support, to entity responsible for payment
• Mentors and assists project management staff; assist with creating training guides for billing processes
• Prepare client bank reconciliations
• Scan distribution bank statements
• Assist with wire transfers, positive pay resolution and other bank transactions as needed
• Backup for daily cash import

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• 2+ years of billing and or banking experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data manipulation
• Experience with billing and or banking operations
• Outstanding communicator, and established skills in problem solving, accuracy, time management, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
• Ambitious, analytical, self-motivator that is looking to grow with the company

Wage Range is $$65,000-$70,000
