E-Commerce Warehouse Associate

The e-commerce warehouse position involves managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer purchases in an online retail environment. This role typically falls within entry to mid-level positions, requiring proficiency in warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics coordination. The purpose of this role is to streamline warehouse operations, optimize inventory levels, and facilitate efficient order processing and shipping to meet customer demand and delivery expectations.

What You Will Do: 

• Picking product for retail purchase orders quickly and efficiently
• Packing orders and processing them for shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS
• Preparing, packing and processing large volume orders for LTL shipment
• Unload containers, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of product
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment and keep shelves stock
• Assist the office is special order requests
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines in the warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience picking product for retail purchase orders quickly and efficiently
• Previous experience packing orders and processing them for shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS
• Previous experience preparing, packing and processing large volume orders for LTL shipment                                                                                  
• Familiarity with processing shipments
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to fulfill special account orders accurately
• Proficient understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Proficient in shipping and receiving procedures

Preferred Qualifications                                                                                                                                   

• Experience with WMS/3PL software ( 1 year)
• Experience in a global company

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Warehouse – will work in some high precarious places, and some confined spaces
• Extreme Exposures: Will have some exposure to hazardous materials
• Schedule: Typically requires regular office hours
• Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, hear, perform repetitive motions, reach with hands and arms, and see frequently
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance occasionally
  • Must be able to operate machinery

What we offer: 

The hourly range for this position is $18.92 - $21.82 per hour. The base hourly rate may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
