Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating overhead cranes and using industrial sprayers, as well as knowledge of loading structural steel. This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $20.00 - $22.00/hr., depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating overhead cranes and using industrial sprayers, as well as knowledge of loading structural steel. This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $20.00 - $22.00/hr., depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean steel surfaces; apply primers and protective coatings.
- Use HVLP spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply epoxies and polyurethanes.
- Operate overhead cranes to safely move and position materials.
- Inspect and touch up painted surfaces as needed.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment.
- Load and unload structural steel as part of crane operation.
Qualifications:
- Experience with overhead crane operation.
- Experience with industrial sprayers.
- Knowledge of loading structural steel is essential.
- Strong attendance record and stable work history.
- Ability to complete a medical questionnaire and respirator fitting during the drug test.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and participate in safety training.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in material handling or painting.
