The opportunity

In Hitachi Energy you will be supporting global project roll out in the employees’ compensation area. How you’ll make an impact

• Participate in the compensation project (involves collecting and analyzing a large amount of data)

• Coordination of data collection: request and collect grading data from HR Business Partners and Managers in different countries

• Assist in preparing data upload files to HR System

• Participate in the implementation of compensation and grading standards

Your background

• You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later

• You have a very good knowledge of Excel

• You are fluent in written and spoken English

• You have strong analytical and communication skills

• You are comfortable working remotely in a virtual team, in an international environment and across diverse cultures
