Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our team and facilitate the onboarding of new patients. This position is essential in advancing our mission to provide high-quality patient care through state-of-the-art remote monitoring solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions with new patients, explaining the remote monitoring process and technology.
• Address any patient questions or concerns related to the remote monitoring program.
• Handle a high volume of calls daily to support onboarding efforts.
• Collaborate with team leads to optimize patient engagement and outreach.
• Accurately document each call following established protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Polish (fluency required).
• Previous experience in patient care or onboarding, ideally within a primary care environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Technologically adept and quick to learn new software and devices.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems seamlessly.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and organized.
• Able to manage time effectively and work both independently and in a team.
• Available to work full-time, with reliable home internet access.
• Typing proficiency of at least 50 WPM.
• Comfortable working on a computer and speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
