Your responsibilities

- Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
- Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands.
- Prioritize safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
- Support the longevity of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
- Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals.
- Learn and perform duties on specific production lines
- Ensure production adherence to production schedule 
- Assist in line change overs
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards 
- Escalation of quality issues/deviations immediately 
- Drives for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation 
- Help team meet target goals 
- Balancing priorities maintaining high quality products made efficiently in a safe environment
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements
- Schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30am to 4:30pm

The experience we're looking for

- A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
- An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
- A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.
- Willingness to be flexible to achieve area assignments, objectives, and goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements
- Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organization at all levels
