You’ll work closely with the data science, finance, and clinical operations teams to design intelligent, automated data solutions that power care decisions, financial planning, and operational efficiency.</p> <ul> <li class="p1">Own projects end-to-end: From stakeholder requirements through production deployment</li> <li class="p1">Design and build data pipelines that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable</li> <li class="p1">Develop and evolve data models that support clinical, financial, and operational reporting</li> <li class="p1">Use AI-assisted development as a core part of your daily workflow</li> <li class="p1">Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards where pipelines alone aren't enough</li> <li class="p1">Ensure data security and compliance across all work</li> <li class="p1">Collaborate across teams and document decisions so others can build on your work</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong><em>We’d love to hear from you if:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">You have 5+ years of experience designing and building production data pipelines.</li> <li class="p1">You bring 2+ years of experience working
