Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (in-house)- $100K to $120K plus bonus

Santa Monica, CA (hybrid)  - NO RELOCATION PROVIDED - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Join this dynamic in-house legal team supporting commercial real estate transactions in a hybrid role!

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 annually plus bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze leases, REAs, and property documents

• Prepare critical date charts and manage transaction deadlines

�� Coordinate title information and resolve title/survey issues

• Handle due diligence for sales

• Process estoppel certificates and development agreements

• Manage documentation for large transactions and escrows

Requirements

:

• ABA-approved Paralegal certificate

• 3+ years real estate paralegal experience

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and document management

• Title and survey expertise a must

• Notary or willing to become one
