Our rotational internship program provides hands-on exposure to legal, compliance, and business teams through meaningful projects and site visits. Interns gain experience leveraging AI-enabled tools in legal and compliance settings, participate in pro bono opportunities, and receive personalized guidance from dedicated supervisors and mentors throughout the internship.

What You Will Do
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving on a variety of business, compliance, operational, and legal topics
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other business documents
- Support compliance and ethics initiatives, training, and program development
- Help manage projects involving litigation, investigations, dispute resolution, or regulatory matters
- Collaborate with internal business partners and external service providers to coordinate information and advance key initiatives
- Participate in due diligence activities supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business transactions
- Assist in protecting and managing intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
