About the role
MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting tasks
- Develop and update yearly & monthly wholesales, BP, SP and SF preparation
- Develop and maintain car flow to secure Sales Plan
- Develop and maintain new reporting functionalities for the Operations Unit (stock, cost, delivery time, etc...)
- Apply countermeasures to improve forecast accuracy
- Supporting internal reporting requirements and supporting databases
- Liaise with Sales management, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance Departments to ensure business process adherence
- Availability for support in reporting for cross-company needs
Direct sales and sales support
- Managing the translation, validation, ordering and payment validation process for user manual printings & delivery
- Participation in non-standard new vehicle delivery as additional support for the Delivery Unit (direct sales)
Organisational tasks
- Acquiring knowledge of related corporate business documents (Commercial Policy or equivalent – related paragraphs; Commercial Actions or equivalent; OEM Quality Instructions, supplier contracts, etc…)
- Ensure knowledge transfer in the back-up process for all activities
Supervision of regulatory processes
- Outsourcing the homologation and environmental processes
- Supervision of external partners handling regulatory activities for the Company
- Supervision of the delivery of supporting documents (CoC and local certificates)
Supply planning tasks – as back-up
- Preparing Volume Request and ideal mix based on forecasted values and common understanding with Marketing, Sales and Business Performance
- Supervise and report supply issues
- Conduct the monthly order process for all models
- Conduct the daily order/changing ad hoc process (only if necessary)
- Propose adjustment of production mix&schedule to ideally match offer and demand
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Higher education, preferably in management, economics, logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, in the area of sales, logistics, or operational management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Ability to create and update reports and analyses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proactivity and initiative in action.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
