Responsibilities:

• Support the flow of material to and from the raw material warehouse.  

• Coordination of materials with our production schedule to meet production deadlines.  

• Systemically printing and fulfilling Transfer Orders (Picklists) and associated Labels. 

• Moving pallets of material into and out of warehouse bays. 

• Assist with identifying and reconciling inventory discrepancies. 

• Responsible for the unloading of tankers in collaboration with lab personnel.  

• Overall general tidiness and cleanliness of warehouse. 

• Assist in Cycle Counting Activities to ensure balance accuracy. 

• Other duties and special projects as assigned. 

• Processing of unused materials back into inventory post-production. 

• Other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager. 

 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 

• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25kg. 

• Strong Communication skills 

• At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry. 

• Previous working experience with an ERP or internal database. Experience with RF scanning a plus. 

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Forklift experience, highly preferred. 

• Previous experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and FedEx and UPS shipping software preferred.
