Google Performance Media Buyer (Freelance)

We’re looking for a hands-on Google Ads expert who loves data, structure, and scale.

You’ll own our Search campaigns and work side-by-side with our Demand Gen buyer to run and grow a shared Google portfolio across the U.S. and Europe.

This is a role for someone who understands performance — who sees keywords not as lists, but as signals of intent and profit.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale Search campaigns that hit our CPL and margin targets.

• Bring structure, automation, and clarity into how we buy traffic.

• Analyze what drives profitability and act fast on what works.

• Expand into Demand Gen, YouTube, and other Google channels.

Requirements

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience managing Search campaigns for lead gen or performance.

• You think in data, not opinions — and use automation to move faster.

• You communicate clearly and work well in a small, high-output team.

• Fluent in English.
