Job Overview:

As a Front Desk Client Service Associate, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the financial advisor’s practice. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional client service abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing client events

  • CRM assistance and documentation – maintain and upkeep client records

  • CRM workflows

  • Assist with client gifts (as needed)

  • Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory

  • Answering incoming calls and messages

  • Greeting clients and visitors

  • Maintaining overall office schedule

  • Administrative tasks, filing, photocopying, data entry

  • Maintain an organized kitchen and reception area/general office upkeep

  • Prepare and proofread correspondence

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

  • Manage scheduling, contact lists, and appt coordination

  • Account maintenance, statements, online access

  • Assist with operational needs

  • Contribute to marketing efforts

  • Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested

  • Provide direct support to the Branch Ops manager

  • Assist with account openings (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing a CRM System

Preferences:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a financial services or administrative support role.

  • Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work both independently and with a team

  • High level of professionalism

Pay Range:

$23.51-$39.18/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
