Realty Transaction Coordiantor

As a Realty Transaction Coordinator, you will oversee real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and compliant. You will serve as a key point of communication between agents, clients, loan teams, title/escrow companies, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues. By maintaining organized transaction files and supporting the accuracy of closing disclosures, you will help create a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for all parties involved.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

• Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing, ensuring all required tasks, documentation, and deadlines are met.

• Communicate regularly with clients, loan teams, title/escrow companies, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Audit and maintain accurate transaction files, forms, and internal systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Coordinate with Closing Agents to review and confirm accuracy of closing disclosures and related documents.

• Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed.
