Sr. Warehouse Supervisor - Floating

  

 

Sr. Warehouse Supervisor will float to other departments and shifts on an as neeeded basis. This person will have cross-training in various departments including inventory, quality, inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics. Supervise and manage the department for proper labor utilization. 

 

Your Tasks

• Hire and train new employees for multiple departments
• Conduct discipline and assess corrective actions
• Conduct performance reviews as needed
• Coordinate staffing level with production planning
• Troubleshoot system and line problems
• Responsible for quantity and quality of the output for the department
• Assign work assignments to the entire floor
• Generate production and line performance reports
• Monitor packaging/production supply levels for the department
• Coordinate production flow with other departments
• Departmental Safety Rules and Regulation Training
• Support the facility safety plans and objectives

 

Your Profile

• 5 years’ experience of SAP, Kronos and Microsoft Office applications

• BA Business/Production Operation or 2 years combined college and work experience
• 3-5 years’ Supervisory Experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory control, logistics, and accountability
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Self-directed and goal orientated
• Able to consistently provide accurate reporting and record keeping
• Team Orientated
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of e-commerce, distribution and 3PL processes
• Must be able to lift/push./pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to work weekends/long hours when product demand is high
• Ability to Commute or Relocate/Location Address: Pleasant Prairie, WI
