Maintenance Technician

Job Type Full-time Description

Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for Service Technicians in Columbus, Ohio.  

 

This is a pooled posting, not for a specific position or location. We will review your application and experience and reach out to you to discuss potential matches.  If no immediate match is available, you will remain in a pool to contact once a potential match becomes available. Pay ranges are based upon location budget, job details, related work experience and related certifications.

This challenging opportunity includes:

• Maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens and roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs and signage.
• Works on turnovers, grounds

Requirements

You offer the following minimum requirements:

• Two years' related maintenance experience
• Basic computer or smartphone skills
• General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Drug and background check
